In this webinar, our subject matter experts will explore how legislative measures have influenced access to mental health services in New York State. We will delve into the implications of key laws, including the Ryan Haight Act, the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA), and the Mainstreaming Addiction Treatment Act (MAT Act). Join us as we discuss these transformative policies and their impact on mental health accessibility, addressing both the strides made and the challenges that persist.

Join us as we discuss the 2022 Amendments to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), which are enacted in 20 states plus the District of Columbia and are pending in eight additional states, including New York. This session will delve into the changes brought about by Articles 2, 9, and the new 12 on Digital Assets, focusing on their implications for transactions involving emerging technologies and general modernization of the UCC. Our panel features three industry experts, who will provide in-depth analysis and discuss practical applications in today's digital landscape.

National Alumni Association Board (NAA) meetings are open to the Albany Law community to attend. The NAA develops programs and initiatives that support alumni, current students, and all areas of Albany Law School.
